By purchasing or accessing any Women Step Forward course, you agree to comply with all applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in New Zealand and in any jurisdiction from which you access the course.

You may use course content for your own personal, non‑commercial learning only. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, or otherwise exploit any course content.

Sell, offer for sale, or share course content with third parties.

Allow others to access the course using your login details.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of your username and password. Access is for you alone as the registered participant.

Limitation of Liability

Women Step Forward accepts no liability for any damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue, or missed profits.

Governing Law

Any disputes in connection with this agreement are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
